Brian has over 20 years of experience in human capital management (HCM) and professional services consulting leading multi-country transformation efforts for Fortune 100 companies delivering savings, compliance, efficiency, and performance improvement solutions. His works spans all industries and he boasts leadership roles at firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, and McKinsey while also having worked as a procurement buyer, and a professional services Managing Director. Combined, these roles have seen him advise >100 client programs and projects across no fewer than 70 countries globally.

Brian holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership, is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP), Advisory Board Member and Executive Coach. He also earned two BAs from Washington & Jefferson College.
