Brian Delle Donne has been a leading force in driving innovation throughout his career having served in president, COO and board roles at both public and privately held engineering and IT services companies. He started his career in the international power generation sector and moved to the environmental engineering field before coming into human capital management. Throughout this span, he has amassed a wealth of insight into effectively applying innovation. As the pace of software development accelerated, he co-founded Talent Tech Labs to help bring clarity to the understanding of emerging technologies that are being applied in the human capital space. He has guided the company to be a leading authority on emerging technology being applied in the field of talent. Brian graduated from Brown University with a dual bachelor’s degree in engineering and economics.
