She currently serves as Executive Vice President & Global Head of Enterprise Sales EMEA at Randstad, where she leads commercial growth and enterprise engagement globally. In this role, she focuses on helping large organisations solve complex workforce challenges — including contingent workforce management, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), managed service provider (MSP) models including IC management and services procurement, and outplacement & coaching.
