With a background as a senior exec in the procurement and workforce technology space, Jonny has a deep understanding of the challenges organisations face when it comes to optimising capability and capacity in their use of external services. Since 2018 Jonny has been fully focused on this problem and his efforts in this area have made him a passionate believer that Services Procurement has been left behind in procurement’s digital transformation journey.
