Milena is a strategic and innovative leader with over 10 years of expertise in Contingent Workforce Management, HR, and Procurement. She has been instrumental in supporting FMCG companies by defining strategies to optimize Contingent Workforce (CW) Programs. Specializing in contingent workforce and supply chain strategies, Milena's career has been built on driving efficiency, optimizing processes, crafting strategies, building robust business cases, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. In her previous role within Global Procurement at PMI, Milena successfully built and led a cross-functional CW team and spearheaded the pilot implementation of Vendor Management System (VMS) technology. As the program evolved, a Contingent Workforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) was established within PMI's People & Culture function, where Milena is now focused on Strategy and Governance. The CoE is currently leading the implementation of CW Global Program Operations and Governance.
