Philipp Thomaschewski is the CEO and co-founder of FRATCH, an AI Agent that enables companies to source validated freelancers and interim managers within seconds, ensuring full legal compliance while reducing sourcing fees by up to 75%. Before founding FRATCH, Philipp worked in the Corporate Strategy department at Telefónica and as a (freelance-) management consultant. In this role, he supported major corporations such as METRO and ProSiebenSat.1 in exploring and implementing innovative digital business models.
