Throughout his career, he has led large‑scale international transformation, growth, and operational excellence initiatives with a strong focus on strategic sourcing, external workforce models, and compliant, value‑driven service delivery.

At Pontoon, Thorsten is responsible for leading and governing the firm’s programmes across the BeNeLux and DACH regions. In this role, he partners closely with clients to align and scale workforce strategies with business objectives, enable seamless cross‑regional collaboration, and deliver sustainable value through innovative MSP and services procurement solutions.
